I had a disappointment during my stay, mainly due to the poor service and cleanliness. While the location was excellent, being right in the heart of Playa del Carmen, the overall experience was overshadowed by unprofessional staff and inadequate room maintenance.

I ended up using my own sleeping bag liner to avoid the mess. On the bright side, the air conditioning was efficient, and the bed had a good firmness.
